Would be cheaper to pay £20 for 45 servings and much safer that throwing your own measures of a mish mash of supplements. nice video tho dont get me wrong
@ElmoCrawford
Yeah.Thats why I like that program offered by
the site
MusclesMaximizer.info
also because it gives high quality details
and provides a successful body building method
that has been created by well-known fitness
models who have improved and also analyzed it
for a long time in order to provide
with best results.
how is this a homemade supplement?
@irishtourist I know this is an old post, but its partially incorrect. In reality, creatine wont turn into creatinine for atleast a few hours in water. If you down it within an hour, it will still be totally fine.
i have his ebook homemadesupplementguide
What’s wrong with a good old protein shake and some of them apples and bananas beside ya ?
nice vid please make more
Omg,,,caffeine cancels creatine effect and also leaving creatine in liquid changes its structure so it loses its benefits…
why do all these know it alls look like shit
oh well thanks
@fearhunter09 Hey bro, stay AWAY from gnc and vitamin world!!! they are complete rip-offs! that was kinda the whole idea behind this video but anyway, you wanna go to sites that sell in bulk. like nutraplanet and such
ill say this 15 dollars my ass, i just went and got a bottle of 60creatine monohydrates and it was 60dollars just that at my local gnc bodybuilding store
@vjlord whether or not ur taking anabolic steroids is not my concern but (once again not encouraging it) don’t take capsules cuz that has led to killing ur kidneys and liver, syringe steroids are safer cuz u know the dosage
@Blazerelf because gainers have way more calories then a normal whey protein shake and therefore help you put on weight for things like bodybuilding
Nice hat you from Austin
I bought the muscle nerds e-book, he knows his stuff i would recommend this to anyone you’ll save tons of money and get the same or even better results !
Very informative! I’d like to do a similar video on my channel. Cheers.
wwhy si buying a bag of whey prot is more expensive than buying a gainer which also has whey (sometimes even more) + more stuff?
Creatine monohydrate can’t sit it changes into creatinine. In that form its useless. And the carbs your using aren’t slow released they are 2 dextrose molocules (pardon my English) they are quick. Wich is still fine before a workout by the way. Caffiene and creatine shouldn’t be mixed they work against eachother.

which means even if you take in nothing but 100% lean protein daily… if your over the calories you need you still going to store it as fat. macros are just energy sources no matter how good or lean they are. and if you take in over your energy needs daily it gets stored. you dont piss it out and it doesnt just magically disappear. thats how people get fat. they think they need 500grams of protein, 500grams of carbs and 200grams of healthy fats. thats too much and your going to get fat
you said something really dumb… you said no matter how much you take of that fat you will not store it as fat. that is 100% not true. no matter what type of fat 1g=9calories. if your taking in over your daily maintainence of calories no matter from fats/proteins/carbs… now matter how lean good for you they are. if you take in over the amount you burn off your going to store it as fat.
